1. Scope and license

These terms apply to SpaceLens. Read them together with the Privacy Policy before use; stop using the app if you do not accept them. We grant a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable personal-use license and retain rights in the software and brand. Your photos, videos and other content remain yours or their respective owners'.

2. Purpose and limits

The app provides photo/video browsing, album organization, temporary-photo review plans and assisted cleanup suggestions. A review date prompts a decision and does not trigger automatic deletion. Keep is an organization label; Memory Albums identifies albums created in the app. Neither is a backup or a private cloud vault. Duplicate, similarity and blur results can be wrong. Sampled video frames do not represent every frame. Preview selections before deletion rather than relying solely on category labels. The app does not promise recovery of permanently deleted content or a particular amount of reclaimed space, and does not provide system-cache cleaning, compression or contact merging.

3. Your actions and media safety

Only process content you are authorized to access. Do not infringe privacy, intellectual property or other rights. Review the deletion list and back up important content before deleting. Apple controls Photos and iCloud synchronization; deletion may affect other devices and normally moves content to Recently Deleted. Recovery conditions, time limits and availability depend on the system.

4. Permissions, availability and charges

Features depend on permissions, device performance, storage and readable media. System changes, permission changes or cloud-only content may affect results. This release has no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Any future paid offering will disclose its price and terms before purchase; these terms do not authorize future charges.

5. Support and changes

Contact crazeid@crazeid.com for support. We may fix, update or adjust features and will communicate material changes through revised text or an appropriate notice. You can stop using or uninstall the app at any time. Doing so does not reverse completed system photo operations.

6. Responsibility and disputes

We exercise reasonable care in maintaining the app and addressing reproducible issues, but cannot guarantee perfect results for every device or media item. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable statutory consumer rights. Contact support first about disputes. Unresolved disputes are governed by applicable law and courts with lawful jurisdiction; mandatory remedies remain available.
